Finding Stillness Within - Return to your Essence and Radiance

A 5-month program for individuals who are ready to embrace their radiant being once more.

Program Outline

  • Month 1: Foundation – Arriving in your body, creating the energetic container of sacred space 
  • Month 2: Deepening – Sinking into heart and mind, listening from your whole body, bringing shadow parts to the light
  • Month 3: Joy and Resilience – Reconnecting with lost vitality, inner strength through letting go of resistance, self-compassion and gratitude
  • Month 4: Remembering – Aligning with your true life purpose, soul journey & higher wisdom
  • Month 5: Embodiment & Integration – Bringing higher wisdom back down to earth, into everyday life

 We will follow the journey around the medicine wheel and integrate individual needs along the way. 

What you will receive

  • 11 personal face- to- face Sessions, 75-90min each. 
  • A safe and sacred space to be held throughout the 5 months with opening and closing ceremony
  • Email/ messaging support for integration between session
  • Personalised Practices based on yogic, somatic, shamanic experience, elements of psychotherapy
  • Guidance and encouragement to use self- reflective tools and practices to regain sovereignty in your journey
  • Individual support to navigate transitions through customised ceremonies
